Cajun Shrimp

* 1/2 c. olive oil
* 2 tbsp. cajun seasoning
* 2 tbsp. lemon juice
* 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 tbsp. honey
* 1 tbsp. soy sauce
* Pinch cayenne pepper
* 1 lb. shrimp, uncooked, shelled and deveined

1. Combine first seven ingredients in a 9" x 13" baking dish.

2. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

3. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake until shrimp are cooked through, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
